We love Dr. Hallock he explaines everything so well and in detail. He listens and answers all my questions however, we are ready to move forward with a new clinic since lately is been so hard to schedule appointments. I honestly had the best experience the very first months but now the woman making the appointments is rude and seems not care I also tried the same provider different clinic to have my son seen sooner and I was going to get in but when they realized I was already sign up with them they immediately cancel it and said that I ONLY have to see Dr. Hallock and that they wouldn’t honor my appoint because they are only seeing new patients which is messed up. Why try to get new clients when you can’t care for the ones you already have. I am highly disappointed I really wished they cared more about newborns. More

I started going here because they worked on a sliding fee scale for uninsured patients. Because of the excellent care that I got, I stayed here when I got my insurance. Dr. Siegel is the absolute best. He treats his patients with the utmost respect and listens to them. He explains everything in great detail. There is no limit to what he will do to help. He has an awesome bedside manner and doesn't make me feel like he's rushing to get me out. He's in this field of work because he really cares about his patients. I've never had a bad experience at HSNT. The office staff has always been friendly and helpful as well as the medical staff I've dealt with. As long as Dr. Siegel is there, I will be, too. Yes I recommend I went to a CVS clinic got a blood panel to renew my prescriptions the report alarmed the RN who referred me to you. She was a dear but alarmed me so I immediately made an appointment with your office, I moved up to Denton august last year and the pandemic really shook things up. I have been with out my meds for over a year. Your office was so kind and saw me ASAP within 2 days I had an appointment and all my meds renewed. Very clean and your office has also referred me to a ear nose and throat practice to check my thyroid that may need special attention. I am very happy with the special care I have received. Answered my questions and talked to me of what was going on. Had to cancel my regular appointments at my previous location due to rising health care costs. Besides waiting for about 30-45 minutes after the scheduled appointment it was a really friendly place. Got what was needed done and left in 10 minutes. They help you if you don't have enough money to pay the full fee with payments that you can make. I'd recommend coming here if you have no insurance and have only a handful of money to spend to be seen. More
