Health Services of North Texas welcomes new Medicare patients at our Denton and Plano, TX locations. Our caring team of professional providers knows the importance of patients receiving an annual physical/visit at our facility. HSNT is known for having doctors, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants that take the time to listen and want to partner with you to help you get to your very best healthy.
We know that you have many questions as you age and the body begins to change. HSNT medical providers will be here to listen and walk you through how to care well for your changing body. In addition, we provide a prescription assistance program for patients and can coordinate referrals for specialty providers. Our very clean and safe health centers each house an on-site laboratory that allows for more convenient access to getting your lab work completed.
