At our Community Health Center (CHC), women can access quality care close to home. Our women’s health team is here to listen, support you, and help you feel your best, whether you are coming in for a routine exam, prenatal care, or support through menopause.
We proudly serve individuals and families across Denton and Plano, Texas. Many of our patients use Medicaid, and we welcome uninsured patients through our sliding fee scale. We also provide care in Spanish and strive to be culturally respectful to the women and families we serve.
