About Us

Welcome to Health Services of North Texas (HSNT)

Health Services of North Texas (HSNT) has served North Texans for over 37 years. Today, HSNT provides quality medical care and support services to 20,000 North Texans each year. As a Community Health Center (CHC), we welcome everyone, whether you have Medicaid, Medicare, or private insurance. We also offer a sliding fee scale to ensure cost is never a barrier to receiving the care you need.

Here, patients walk in with dignity and pride, knowing they will be treated with respect, listened to, and cared for by a team that puts people first.

Why Choose HSNT

Care You Can Count On

Our team includes board-certified physicians, pediatric and women’s health specialists, nurse practitioners, mental health providers, physician assistants, and case managers, all dedicated to delivering quality, effective care you can trust. We create a medical home for your entire family, and many patients tell us they feel truly heard for the first time. At HSNT, quality is for everyone, whether you have health insurance or not. HSNT offers a sliding fee scale based on income and family size for our patients without health insurance, ranging from $35 to $170, and includes provider visits, lab work, and any injectables that you might need.

In Our Community

Every month, HSNT highlights meaningful moments, helpful guidance, and stories that strengthen the health of North Texans.
