Insurance Information
At Health Services of North Texas (HSNT), our goal is to be a trusted medical home for you and your family. As a nonprofit Community Health Center (CHC), we believe cost should never stop someone from getting the care they need.
We work closely with our patients to make health care as affordable and easy to understand as possible. Our team is here to help you understand your insurance, payment options, and available discounts, so you can focus on your health, not your finances.

HSNT offers a sliding fee scale discount for patients with or without insurance based on household income and family size
- Patients between 101%–200% of the federal poverty level may qualify for discounted services
- Patients under 100% of the federal poverty level may qualify for a nominal fee
- Uninsured patients may also qualify for a flat-rate office visit
- Insured patients can apply to get help with their copay
Sliding Fee Scale Updates
The sliding fee scale is updated each year on April 1, based on federal income guidelines. This update may change the amount you pay for services. For more information, please ask our front desk staff or speak with a patient service coordinator.
Health Information Exchange (HIE)
HSNT participates in electronic Health Information Exchanges (HIEs). This allows providers to securely share health information to improve care and coordination.
