At our Community Health Center (CHC), women can access quality care close to home. Our women’s health team is here to listen, support you, and help you feel your best, whether you are coming in for a routine exam, prenatal care, or support through menopause.

We proudly serve individuals and families across Denton and Plano, Texas. Many of our patients use Medicaid, and we welcome uninsured patients through our sliding fee scale. We also provide care in Spanish and strive to be culturally respectful to the women and families we serve.

HSNT Welcomes Medicare and Love's Caring for Seniors!

Health Services of North Texas welcomes new Medicare patients at our Denton and Plano, TX locations. Our caring team of professional providers knows the importance of patients receiving an annual physical/visit at our facility. HSNT is known for having doctors, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants that take the time to listen and want to partner with you to help you get to your very best health.

We know that you may have lots of questions as you move through the many wonderful stages of life and your body continues to change. HSNT medical providers will be here to listen and walk you through how to care well for your changing body. In addition, we provide a prescription assistance program for patients and can coordinate referrals for specialty providers. Our clean and safe health centers each house an on-site laboratory that allows for more convenient access to getting your lab work completed.
