Strengthening Community Health Through Strong Partnerships
In 2025, Texas Health Plano and Texas Health Denton continued their collaboration with Health Services of North Texas (HSNT) as premier business stakeholders. Texas Health’s commitment to supporting patient care at HSNT underscores a shared vision of improving the health outcomes of underserved populations and therefore building a healthier community for all North Texas. This collaboration leverages Texas Health’s resources and expertise to enhance HSNT’s mission of providing essential healthcare services to individuals and families in need of care, regardless of income or insurance status.
Texas Health is a nonprofit health system that cares for more than 8 million patients in North Texas through hospitals, physician groups, and outpatient facilities. They support community health through initiatives such as their Texas Health Community Hope program, and their community impact grants.
Thanks to the generous support of partners like Texas Health Plano and Texas Health Denton, HSNT is expected to serve over 20,000 North Texas patients by the end of 2025.
Health Services of North Texas
Serving the North Texas community since 1988, Health Services of North Texas is a nonprofit healthcare center providing accessible primary healthcare through 6 locations in Denton and Collin Counties. With the mission of improving the quality of life for all North Texans through medical care, support services, and advocacy, Health Services of North Texas served over 19,000 patients in 2024. Health Services of North Texas is recognized as a Patient-Centered Medical Home, with a distinction in Integrated Behavioral Healthcare.
