About HSNT Plano And Our Pediatrics Program
Health Services of North Texas Plano provides primary care, pediatrics, infectious disease care, and behavioral health services in Plano, Texas. Formerly known as the Collin County Center, this community health center serves children, teens, and adults, with an on-site lab and pharmacy.
Services include annual physicals, pediatric well visits, immunizations, same-day sick visits (when available), well-woman exams, behavioral health care, and chronic disease management. Specialized care is available for diabetes, hypertension, HIV, hepatitis C, and other chronic or infectious conditions.
Insurance & Payment Options:
We accept Medicare, Medicaid, CHIP, and most major commercial insurance plans. A sliding fee scale is available for eligible uninsured or underinsured patients. Learn More

Loved loved loved Dr. Archila! She is not in a hurry and actually listens to you & goes over everything so thoroughly! Front desk was also very helpful. Will definitely be recommending this office to friends and family.
