Health Services of North Texas hosts a variety of medical care services for patients of all ages at the Denton Medical 4304 office in Denton, TX. This is a family-friendly office with a bilingual staff ready to assist you. If you are looking for a primary care provider, we can offer you annual physicals and services for preventive care, treatment for acute or chronic illnesses, sick and urgent care visits, on-site testing, immunizations, and health education. At this location, many of our patients seek treatment for asthma, COPD, diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol. Our office serves patients with infectious diseases, such as HIV and hepatitis B. We also have case management patients who need it most. We have also added telehealth for medical visits provided by local healthcare professionals that care.
HSNT takes payment through Medicare, Medicaid, CHIP, and most major insurance plans for payment. If you are uninsured, underinsured, or have limited financial resources, we have a sliding fee scale based on income.
