About Our Serve Denton Center
At Serve Denton Center, we are a prevention-focused health center that is accepting new patients, both adult and pediatric. Health Services of North Texas is pleased to offer an additional location in our community for quality patient care. Serve Denton Center is located on Loop 288 in Denton, TX to meet the needs of men, women, and children. We offer primary care services but also have specialists helping our patients control diabetes, high cholesterol, and hypertension.
This is a family-friendly office with a bilingual staff ready to assist you. If you are looking for a primary care provider, we can offer you annual physicals and services for preventive care, treatment for acute or chronic illnesses, sick and urgent care visits, on-site testing, immunizations, and health education. At this location, many of our patients seek treatment for asthma, COPD, diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol. Our office serves patients with infectious diseases, such as HIV and hepatitis B. We also have case management patients who need it most. We have also added telehealth for medical visits provided by local healthcare professionals that care.
HSNT takes payment through Medicare, Medicaid, CHIP, and most major insurance plans for payment. If you are uninsured, underinsured, or have limited financial resources, we have a sliding fee scale based on income.
