I've been going to HSNT since 2021. I went to the Denton branch, and recently I come here to the Plano branch. They neglected to inform me that I filled out my paperwork for the sliding scale fee incorrectly in February when I was underemployed, and they are now charging me $85 for a preventative women's exam. Not only did I have insurance at the time but I also should have qualified for a much lower fee. They refuse to fix their mistake and say they cannot do anything about it. They also kept forcing me to retell why I needed full panel testing done after a sexual assault. Once I finally got an appointment, my doctor suggested therapy unprompted and for unrelated issues. That was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Many others throughout my time had made shady comments about not wanting me to think they were neglecting me -- having told a previous doctor at this practice how I was denied healthcare in the past due to lack of insurance and even left homeless. These people are nasty and have no respect or care for anyone. I wanted to give this place a chance as I have had some good experiences in the past, but I am done with the needless distress when I am trying to get help. This is the last straw, and I will be speaking up about this. More

It was very Bad Experience , I had book appointment for full Body Check-up. Staff have been calling me for 2 days about confirmation and filling up the forms , But nobody tell me not to eat before Blood Test ( I didn’t know about the blood Test) They were more concerned about Data to collect Rather than patient well-Being. More
