Dr. Ahmed made our experience great. One nurse on staff was very unfriendly and not very patient or friendly with my grandsons. There was a confusion between her and another nurse where apparently The nurse I’m referring to did not administer the test she was supposed to give to my grandsons when the second nurse came into the room she asked it the test were done and I stated they were not. This nurse should not be employed at a “Children’s” medical clinic. Nurses should exhibit a nurturing and caring demeanor with a good attitude. More

I needed to get cleared for work after testing negative for Covid19 but was still having pretty bad gastrointestinal issues. Tabitha answered all questions I had. You could tell she really cared. HSNT is very lucky to have her as a provider. More

Ms.Ahmed was amazing with my daughter! This was the first time having her as our practitioner; as our normal doctor is out of the office, and we had an awesome experience! She even took the time to explain the growth chart and to show my daughter (who hates coming to the doctor) all the tools she would be using to look in her mouth,eyes, and ears. Great job! More

I sincerely appreciated the attention given to me in my last visit. Prior visits lefi little to talk about. I felt hurried, rushed and felt I was in the way, of someone one's else's time frame. The visit with the new Doctor, made you feel I was important and it felt very genuine in your part to take care of me. The whole staff was so pleasant and the young assistant was so interested in helping me out. With all the problems I am going through, with my brother's cancer, my Mom's Alzheimer's. I have been filling depress and alone. After the visit I felt feeling good and the nice nurse gave me some much needed depends for my Mom. God knows my income went from $80, 000 to $18,000 and barely making. I had taken money to pay my visit and alittle extra for gas. After paying my office visit, I was left with no money, but I was happy. I left in good spirits, till my gas ran out. Even then I still felt appreciated, because everyone in the office treated me so special. I sincerely wanted to thank everyone for making me feel, that I mattered. Til next time. The blood testing is done via IV which is sooo rough on a toddler, when other doctors are happy with a heel prick. Secondly, I offered to provide shot records and they said it wasn’t necessary which resulted in my son receiving a flu shot twice this year. The doctors aren’t Baby led weaning friendly. I’m happy my son finds care when he is without insurance but it could use some work and organization. More

I went in with my 18 month old not having high expectations, considering most clinics we go to tend to have rude staff that seem to be in bad moods all the time. I was honestly surprised everyone was extremely friendly from the moment we walked in the door. The lady at the front desk was the absolute best and made the whole process of filling out new patient paperwork not as daunting. She also answered any and all questions i asked with a smile. Joseph Hallock was also amazing, he made sure my son was comfortable with everything he was doing. He answered all my questions and concerns with a great attitude and made me feel like he was actually listening to what i was saying about my son. We had and overall great visit and will definitely be going back next time :) More
