Health Services of North Texas welcomes Nisha Abraham, board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner to our team of family practice providers. Nisha Abraham, FNP exudes empathy and works diligently with her patients to identify the root cause of health conditions, developing a plan of action with the patient to address and improve.

Mrs. Abraham practiced as an ICU charge nurse for 10 years at Southwestern, and continued her career development in family practice positions in the primary care setting for the past 5 years. Her vast experience gives her the ability to provide culturally competent care to a diverse population of patients in a holistic way.
Patients will find that Nisha Abraham, FNP is not just focused on a singular disease, but educates and provides treatment for the patient as a whole, “Integrating behavioral health and physical health along with health education that can be implemented creates a holistic approach that in the end makes for a healthier patient.” Mrs. Abraham’s patients will learn about their body, their mind, and the connection between the two as she provides health and wellness education in each visit.
Nisha Abraham, FNP chose medicine because she saw the opportunity to create a life for herself and family while helping others. At the end of the day, it’s about doing everything she can to empower her patients to get to their very best healthy and contribute well to the community and their family.
Mrs. Abraham lives in Carrollton with her husband and their two teenagers that keep her busy when she is not providing patient care.
