Health Services of North Texas Releases 2025 Annual Impact Report
Health Services of North Texas showcases another successful year of serving the community through quality, effective healthcare in 2025 Annual Report
On April 16th, 2026, Health Services of North Texas released their 2025 Annual Impact Report, which outlines the accomplishments and achievements of the organization last year. This report includes key data metrics, event recaps, patient stories, and a financial summary from 2025. For the second year in a row, the printed version of the report also includes a calendar that recipients can use to keep track of health-related and other happenings throughout the coming year.
The theme highlighted throughout the 2025 report is “connection.” In the report’s opening letter, HSNT CEO Doreen Rue states:
“In 2025, connection shaped how we served our patients, supported our teams, and partnered with our communities. It guided not only what we accomplished, but how we accomplished it—by staying grounded in relationships, listening closely, and working together to improve access to care across North Texas.”
The 2025 Annual Impact Report focuses on how the connections between HSNT’s patients, supporters, and healthcare team led to healthier outcomes for the North Texas community in 2025. The positive impact of these connections is reflected in the data in various ways, including:
- 741 babies born to HSNT patients
- 5,998 uninsured patients who received care
- 4,145 HIV tests administered
- 809 mammograms completed
The report also highlights the awards that HSNT received in 2025, including four Clinical Quality Recognition Badges that underscore HSNT’s commitment to delivering high-quality, accessible healthcare. One of these awards is the Silver Health Center Quality Leader Badge, which places HSNT in the top 11-20% of nearly 1,500 health centers nationwide based on their patients’ clinical quality outcomes. HSNT is a designated Community Health Center (CHC). CHCs are known as the backbone of the country’s healthcare system, practicing a community-centered approach to care that focuses on the whole patient and their needs. Regarding the relationship between HSNT and its patients, HSNT Board President Dale Tampke reflects:
“One of the privileges of serving on this Board is witnessing the dedication of the HSNT team and the trust patients place in this organization every day. That trust is something we work hard to honor.”
HSNT is looking forward to another year of connections and collaborations in 2026.
