Our 2024 Impact Report has Arrived

At Health Services of North Texas, our mission is guided by compassion, innovation, and a deep belief in what’s possible when a community comes together.

Thanks to your partnership, we served over 19,000 patients in 2024, a 16% increase in just three years. Our clinical outcomes continue to exceed national benchmarks in diabetes and blood pressure management, and our focus on operational excellence has led to 14% greater access to care across our communities.

These milestones are no accident. They’re the result of HSNT BEST: a culture of problem-solving and smart strategy that empowers every part of our organization, from how we evaluate funding opportunities to how we give providers more time to do what they do best: care for patients.
