I am excited to announce that I have joined Health Services of North Texas, along with my team that you have come to rely on for quality, effective medical care for your children. With a rich history of more than 35 years dedicated to pediatric medicine, Dr. Stephen A. Schulman, MD, brings a deep commitment to the well-being of children as he transitions from his esteemed private practice to join Health Services of North Texas (HSNT).

Throughout his extensive career, Dr. Schulman's scope of pediatric care has been comprehensive, spanning from newborn hospital visits to guiding adolescents and young adults. Located in Denton, Texas, his original pediatric practice has been characterized by highly personalized care and unwavering attention during every patient encounter. Dr. Schulman's dedication to his field has earned him recognition as a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, and he actively participates in professional organizations such as the Texas Medical Association, the Texas Pediatric Society, and the Denton County Medical Society.

Dr. Schulman has held many prestigious roles throughout his long career, including the Chairmanship of the Department of Pediatrics at Denton Regional Medical Center and Texas Health Resources in Denton. He also served as the Chief of Staff at Denton Community Hospital.

Dr. Schulman's journey in medicine began with honors, as he earned his medical degree from the University of Michigan. He subsequently completed his internship and pediatric residency at the renowned Children's Memorial Hospital in Chicago.

Within his work, Dr. Schulman offers a comprehensive array of pediatric services, with a particular emphasis on diagnosing and treating conditions such as ADD, ADHD, asthma, and allergies. His philosophy is deeply rooted in collaborative care, involving close partnerships with families and the provision of valuable resources and education to ensure the well-being of children.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Dr. Schulman finds joy in spending quality time with his wife, Marsha, and their two daughters. Both daughters have established their own families, and Dr. Schulman cherishes the precious moments he shares with his beloved grandchildren.
