Health Services of North Texas to Participate in North Texas Giving Day 2024

Health Services of North Texas (HSNT), a healthcare nonprofit with a 35-year history of serving the North Texas community, is honored to announce its participation in North Texas Giving Day 2024. This annual event, hosted by the Communities Foundation of Texas, is the largest community-wide giving event in the nation and will take place on September 19, 2024. HSNT will also participate in Early Giving from September 1st through September 18th.  

North Texas Giving Day is a unique 18-hour online giving event that empowers everyone to give back to their community by supporting and celebrating local causes they care about on one special day. This event not only amplifies community giving but also strengthens local nonprofits by providing them with vital funds to continue their work.

As a nonprofit whose mission is to improve the quality of life for all North Texans through medical care, support services, and advocacy, HSNT relies on the generosity of the community to fulfill its mission. At HSNT, medical services are provided on an affordable, sliding-fee scale, and no one is turned away due to an inability to pay. Contributions from North Texas Giving Day will directly support patient care for North Texas residents in need at HSNT’s 6 health centers in Denton and Collin County. HSNT’s medical providers and staff follow a comprehensive, patient-centered approach to healthcare, which includes primary care for patients of all ages, women’s clinical services (i.e. prenatal, postpartum, family planning, and OB/GYN), and integrated behavioral healthcare
