Plano, TX, October 2021- Health Services of North Texas announces new location featuring quality medical care, without compromise, for the entire family from newborns to seniors. HSNT’s expansion includes a new location that provides increased access to pediatrics, family practice, behavioral health, infectious disease care and prescription assistance services. 

With three experienced medical providers and one behavioral health provider, HSNT Plano is positioned well to meet the growing healthcare needs of families in the Collin County Community. Our new location is right in the heart of Plano at the corner of Independence and Spring Creek Parkway, providing easy access for Plano and surrounding communities. 

Health Services of North Texas Plano has been awarded Patient Centered Medical Home recognition by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA), an indicator of quality, patient focused care. This designation requires annual designation review and a commitment to accessible, culturally mindful healthcare. 

Health Services of North Texas CEO, Doreen Rue, LMSW-AP, ACSW invites you to our Plano Chamber Ribbon Cutting and Grand Opening Celebration on Tuesday, October 26th from 4:00 to 6:00. You will have the opportunity to meet HSNT healthcare providers, tour the health center and learn more about the work Health Services of North Texas is doing to meet community need in the primary healthcare space.
