Dear Parent or Guardian of Health Services of North Texas Pediatric Patient,
In the coming months, there will be provider changes at Wylie Children’s Medical Clinic (WCMC). We promise to communicate those changes to you every step of the way. Please know that your child’s health and wellbeing is our highest priority.
We want to share that Dr. Jyostna Kuppannagari, (you know her as Dr Jo) and Beth Ishmael, Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, will both be leaving WCMC to care for their families.
Beth Ishmael, PNP - Last day: October 24, 2025
Dr. Jyostna “Jo” Kuppannagari - Last day: November 21, 2025
The medical team and staff at HSNT value the trust you have given us to care well for your children, and we realize that continuity of care is incredibly important. HSNT has a strong pediatric provider team, and we invite you to continue your child’s medical care with Health Services of North Texas Pediatrics at WCMC.
In the coming days, we will introduce new pediatric providers. Please check our website and communications for updates.
Your child’s medical records are maintained and held with Health Services of North Texas and will be made available to the provider of your choice should you choose to transfer care. If your child’s health insurance requires a designated Primary Care Provider (PCP), please contact your insurance company directly to update your selection. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to chat with us on our website, call our office, or send a message through your patient portal. We’re here to help.
Dr. Jo asked us to share the following message with you,
"It has been a privilege to care for your children and to be a part of your family's healthcare journey over the past 10 years. I will be transitioning from HSNT in late November. HSNT Pediatrics is committed to your family's healthcare, and I trust that they will continue to provide great care for your children.
Please tell your children how proud I am of their resilience and that they will always hold a special place in my heart. Remind them to be proud of who they are, always give their best, have fun outdoors and eat their veggies!!"
