Building the Foundation for a Healthy Community: Past, Present, and Future is a traveling exhibition created by Health Services of North Texas (HSNT) to celebrate the history, impact, and future of community health centers. Originally launched during National Health Center Week 2025, the exhibition invites audiences to reflect on how health centers have transformed access to care and improved lives across North Texas and beyond.
With interactive stories, historical insights, and forward-looking perspectives, the exhibition offers an engaging way for people to connect with the mission of community health and understand its role in shaping healthier futures.
