Dr. Hudson Announcement
Health Services of North Texas announces the addition of Arlene Hudson, Family Practice Physician, who holds a secondary specialty in HIV Management and is certified by the American Academy of HIV Medicine. Dr. Hudson brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to HSNT’s infectious disease program.
Dr. Hudson’s concentration at HSNT is in the area of infectious disease, specifically HIV care. Her 25 years’ experience as an HIV specialist in Amarillo, Texas has given her deep knowledge and understanding of the disease and compassion for those living with HIV. Patients will find that not only is Dr. Hudson an expert in her field, but she is also compassionate and communication between her and her patients flows naturally.
“I expect my patients to live long, healthy lives. There is now hope for seeing this disease come to an end. It is very clear that treating patients can eliminate the risk of transmission to others.”
When asked what drives her, Dr. Hudson has this to say, “I like people. I like helping them expect more from life. I am excited to continue the legacy that HSNT has of treating people living with HIV with excellence and compassion.”
