Health Services of North Texas (HSNT) is excited to announce a new opportunity for skilled web developers and service providers. We are issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) to find the right team to design, develop, and support our next-generation website. This project is vital to our mission of connecting with the community, improving access to care, and ensuring compliance with modern digital standards.

We are looking for a vendor who combines technical excellence with a passion for service. If you have experience working with nonprofit or healthcare organizations and believe in building strong, lasting partnerships, we want to hear from you.

Priority consideration will be given to vendors located in the DFW Metroplex.

Scope of Work

The selected vendor will:

Design and develop a modern, user-friendly website
Implement strong security protocols
Ensure high performance and consistent uptime
Provide ongoing support and maintenance
Collaborate with HSNT to ensure domain and DNS ownership remains with our organization
Technical Requirements

1. Security

Secure login system for administrators with multi-factor authentication
Regular CMS and plugin updates
Protection against common vulnerabilities such as SQL injection, XSS, and CSRF
Documentation of compliance with frameworks like SOC 2 or HIPAA

2. Performance and Reliability

Scalable infrastructure that can handle traffic surges
Uptime guarantee of 99.99 percent or higher
Fast load times and full responsiveness across all devices

3. Support and Maintenance

Clear service level agreements (SLAs) for support and updates
Scheduled patching and maintenance
Dedicated point of contact for technical issues

4. Domain and DNS Ownership

HSNT retains full ownership and administrative control of all domains and DNS records
Vendor must coordinate with our IT team for any changes or configurations

Vendor Selection Notification: November 10, 2025
