HSNT Compliance Update: Behavioral Health Records

We wanted to let you know that Behavioral Health (BH) visit details will soon be removed from the HSNT patient portal. This means BH notes won’t show up automatically anymore.

Here’s what’s important:  

• You still have the right to access your records.  
• BH notes need written consent before they can be shared.  
• Providers may hold back notes if sharing them could be harmful.

We’ve also updated our registration and release forms to reflect these changes. If  you need access to BH records, reach out and we’ll guide you through the process.
