Health Services of North Texas (HSNT), a nonprofit healthcare provider with more than 35 years of service to the community, is proud to once again participate in North Texas Giving Day 2025. This annual event, hosted by the Communities Foundation of Texas, is the largest community-wide giving event in the nation and will take place on September 18, 2025. HSNT will also participate in Early Giving from September 1st through September 17th.

North Texas Giving Day is a unique 24-hour online giving event that empowers everyone to support causes they care about on one special day. For HSNT, it’s an opportunity to raise funds that directly support affordable, compassionate medical care for thousands of North Texans.

Through six health centers in Denton and Collin Counties, HSNT provides:

  • Primary care for all ages
  • Integrated behavioral health services
  • Comprehensive women’s health and prenatal care
  • Infectious disease care

No one is turned away due to inability to pay, thanks to HSNT’s sliding-fee scale and the generosity of donors like you.

In 2024, HSNT cared for 19,505 patients across more than 56,000 visits, expanded access to appointments, empowered providers with AI scribe technology, and earned national recognition for advocacy. Every donation helps continue this impact by funding prescription assistance, care management, preventive screenings, behavioral health counseling, and same-day sick visits.

HSNT invites the community to join in this spirit of giving by supporting their favorite local nonprofits on North Texas Giving Day. To donate to HSNT, visit www.northtexasgivingday.org/organization/healthntx on September 18, 2025, between 6 a.m. and midnight, or give early from September 1 through September 17.
