As of August 16th, Health Services of North Texas in Plano, also known as the Collin County Center, has moved to a new location! With three compassionate providers and expanded services, we're poised to make an even bigger impact on the lives of families in Plano.

The new health center is conveniently located at 5501 Independence Parkway, just five miles away from our current location.
