Depression & Anxiety

What Is Depression & Anxiety Treatment?

Depression and anxiety are common mental health conditions that can affect how you think, feel, and function. These conditions can be caused by many factors, including:

  • Stressful life events
  • Medical or hormonal conditions
  • Past or current trauma
  • Substance use
  • Chemical imbalances
  • Nutrition or lifestyle challenges

Some people are still able to work, go to school, or care for family while feeling depressed or anxious, but that does not mean they should “just live with it.” You deserve care that improves your quality of life.

We take time to listen, understand your situation, and help identify what may be contributing to your symptoms.

Why Treatment for Depression & Anxiety Matters

Depression and anxiety affect millions of people and can impact both mental and physical health. Without treatment, these conditions may lead to:

  • Withdrawal from family and friends
  • Trouble at work or school
  • Sleep problems or changes in appetite
  • Headaches, chronic pain, or fatigue
  • Increased risk of substance use
  • Thoughts of self-harm

With proper care and support, depression and anxiety can be managed. Treatment helps people feel better, function better, and enjoy life more fully.
