HSNT accepts most major medical insurance, including Medicaid and Medicare and offers a sliding fee scale based on income for those patients that may be uninsured or underinsured, we are here for you. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for all North Texans through medical care, support service and advocacy at our six locations in Denton, Wylie and Plano. HSNT is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing quality medical care for the entire family.
About UsTelehealth
HSNT offers telehealth visits for most visit types including counseling. Telehealth is an excellent way to maintain you and your family's health, stay connected with your medical team, and on track with appropriate care plans. Telehealth visits are quick, easy and efficient. One of our patients had this to say about her recent telehealth visit,“I do televisits with Kayla, on the Healow app on my phone, which was so easy to use. I just clicked on the button that said ‘Appointment’ and it took me right into a little waiting room. It was just as if I was in the office. [Kayla] was great when I saw her in person, but she was just the same on the app. She listens to me, like everyone I’ve seen here, she really listens.”
With telehealth, our medical team is able to keep in touch with patients and help them stay on track with their care plans. Behavioral health services during this time are critical and we want you to maintain your appointments. HSNT is providing an easily accessible way to do that through telehealth. HSNT is going to great lengths to make sure all of our patients can receive care safely without unnecessary exposure to contagious illnesses.

HSNT offers individual and family counseling beginning at age 12 and up to help you walk through some of life’s more challenging times. Our behavioral health services include limited psychiatric medication therapy, counseling and can be integrated with your medical care. We want to create a medical home for your entire family – regardless of your ability to pay. Some of our patients pay as little as $15 for their medical, counseling, or e-psych appointments. You will find that HSNT's team offers more than just that quick medical visit. Our providers spend time with each patient to identify the barriers in achieving optimal health and are willing to work through those issues with you.
